§ 97.004. GOODS, WARES AND MERCHANDISE ON SIDEWALKS.

No person, directly or by agent of employee, shall obstruct or hinder the free and convenient public use of any sidewalk in the city by playing or maintaining thereon for advertisement or display any goods, wares, merchandise or other object.
