§ 97.003. DANGEROUS STRUCTURES OR TREES.

Latest version.

No person owning or controlling any tree, building or structure in the city shall permit the same to be and remain in this condition as to endanger the life, limb or property of persons passing along any street, sidewalk or alley, and any such tree, building or structure permitted to be and remain in that condition is declared to be a nuisance.
